Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California since 2010. Over the years, I have worked primarily with individuals who have mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, grief, loss, trauma, women's issues, and the like. I take a whole health perspective to wellness and enjoy helping people improve their quality of life.

My approach to therapy

If you are looking for a therapist who is approachable, open-minded, culturally competent, empathetic, AND can also challenge you gently, then I could be a good fit for therapy. Therapy is necessary work and should be a place where you can let it all out and expect profound change if you're open to digging deep.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a casual, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
