Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or a season of significant change. You do not have to walk through those experiences alone.

As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where women can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My work focuses on women’s mental health, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief, with an emphasis on helping each client better understand herself, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic.

My approach to therapy

Faith isn’t a separate part of life for many of the women I work with. It’s woven through everything, including healing. Therefore, I integrate biblical principles and spiritual reflection, into sessions when it’s welcomed, alongside evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, these help clients notice unhelpful thought patterns, sit with difficult emotions, clarify their values, and respond to life’s challenges in healthier ways. Every course of therapy is shaped around the individual, never a fixed formula.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we will establish rapport while discussing your challenges, strengths, and develop a plan that guides you towards a more fulfilling journey ahead. I provide a safe space for you to be authentic without judgment. You will receive compassion, empathy, and practical tools for daily life that cater to your unique needs.
