Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, PMHNP-BC), I specialize in working with a wide range of individuals who are navigating mental health challenges and seeking compassionate, comprehensive, and evidenced-based care.

What sets my practice apart is the breadth of my clinical experience. I've worked extensively in critical care, emergency and trauma settings, immediate care, and with patients managing chronic illnesses across specialties such as rheumatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, allergy, and immunology. This background allows me to approach mental health with a holistic lens—considering both medical and psychological factors in every treatment plan.

I’m deeply passionate about this work because I’ve seen firsthand how intertwined mental and physical health truly are across all settings. Mental health often doesn't receive the same attention as medical concerns, but it is just as vital and often coincide. I’m committed to bridging that gap and providing care that honors the whole person.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to mental health, understanding that psychological, emotional, and physical well-being are interconnected. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall quality of life. My approach centers on developing an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. This may include a combination of psychotherapy and medication management, always with your goals and well-being as the top priority.

During our first few sessions, you can expect a thoughtful intake process where we explore your medical history, current concerns, and future goals. From there, we’ll build a strong patient-provider relationship through ongoing follow-ups to assess progress, adjust treatment as needed, and ensure you're moving toward lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and how we can work together toward your mental health goals. If you're ready to take the first step toward feeling better and living a more balanced life, I encourage you to reach out to schedule an appointment. Let’s begin this journey of healing together.
