Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting adults and families. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and LGBTQIA+ concerns, as well as fostering personal growth. My approach is inquisitive, collaborative, and solutions-focused. Whether we communicate in English or ASL, I look forward to working together to help you reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, warm, and approachable. I believe that every individual brings a unique life experience to the therapeutic process, and I tailor treatment plans to align with those specific needs. In our sessions, I primarily utilize CBT and trauma-informed techniques to help you gain a deeper understanding of the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will explore your history and the reasons that brought you to therapy. While we may begin setting specific objectives right away, I prioritize creating a space where you feel truly seen and/or heard. My goal is to ensure you feel supported as we start this journey together, taking the time we need to clarify the path forward.
