Great to meet you!

I would like to offer you a safe space to explore past hurts and traumas, effective ways to manage life twists and turns, and strategies to manage emotion dysregulation. I am foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and a Registered Drug and Alcohol Technician. I also incorporate other techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals for a more fulfilling and balanced life. In my practice, I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we will work to identify patterns that may be contributing to your challenges, and we will develop personalized strategies to promote lasting change and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect outcomes such as coping strategies, problem solving skills, increased emotional regulation, renewed hope, resilience and adaptability, boundary setting, and conflict resolution. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
