Great to meet you!

Now accepting new clients on Mondays, with evening appointments available by request.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in women's mental health, menopause, and midlife transitions. I am a member of The Menopause Society. My background in medical social work, oncology, and long-term care has shaped how I understand the connections between physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, caregiving, work, finances, and the systems we're often expected to navigate alone.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, shifting identities and roles, caregiving stress, medical experiences, financial stress, and the emotional and psychological changes that come with menopause and midlife.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and curious. Therapy can be a place to slow down the noise, connect what's happening in your body to what's happening in your life, and build practical tools for moving forward with more clarity and confidence.

Alongside individual therapy, I offer small, therapist-led groups and educational programs on menopause, midlife, and financial wellbeing, spaces for connection, reflection, practical learning, and the reminder that you don't have to figure it all out alone.

My approach to therapy

I focus on helping you make sense of what you are experiencing, while offering practical tools to support you. I bring a holistic, systems informed perspective and work with you to build clarity, strengthen communication, and navigate decisions with more confidence. My training includes menopause-informed CBT framework.

What you can expect from me

Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed or unsure why things feel harder than they used to, especially when navigating changes in their health or life. In our first session, we will create a supportive, low pressure space to talk through what has been weighing on you, explore what you are experiencing, and clarify what you are hoping for. I will also ask questions to better understand your history and current concerns so we can begin to identify next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling more grounded, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction.
