Great to meet you!
Please note, I am not currently in network with Regence.
Please send me a message to schedule. My primary hours are Mondays with W-Thursday evenings after 5:30 pm and weekends.
I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in menopause-informed mental health, midlife transitions, anxiety, and financial wellness. I am a member of The Menopause Society. My background in medical social work, oncology, and long-term care has shaped how I understand the connections between physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, caregiving, work, finances, and the systems we're often expected to navigate alone.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, shifting identities and roles, caregiving stress, medical experiences, financial stress, grief, and the emotional and psychological changes that can accompany perimenopause, menopause, and midlife.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and curious. Therapy offers a place to slow down the noise, understand what's connected, and build practical tools for moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Alongside individual therapy, I offer small therapist-led groups and educational programs focused on menopause, midlife, and financial wellbeing. These are spaces for connection, reflection, practical learning, and the reminder that you don't have to figure it all out alone.
