Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people feel seen, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. I work with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm.

I value creating a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative. I’m here to walk alongside you, not talk at you. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and develop practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches.

I believe in addressing both thoughts and behaviors while also exploring deeper patterns that may be impacting your current experiences. At the same time, I focus on practical strategies so you can see real progress, not just insight, but change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you. Your story, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of the process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll also talk about your goals and begin identifying areas we can work on together. I’ll answer any questions you have and explain how therapy will work moving forward.

By the end of the session, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and to have a clearer idea of what working together will look like.
