I enjoy working with people struggling to confront the realities of their unique and challenging world. I also appreciate the unique issues midlife presents to my clients, as well. I understand that each client requires a specialized treatment plan, as everyone experiences and interprets life in a different way.
There are different techniques I use to help recognize and process feelings including talk therapy focused on developing insight and self-realization. I focus on finding solutions through coping skills, and creating a positive and preferred future.
Aside from a formal education, my knowledge and ability to help others is primarily built on personal life experience. I care deeply and truly empathize with those who are struggling with confusion and/or pain in their lives.
