Great to meet you!

The first step toward lasting change is acknowledging that a problem exists, and by taking that step, you have already demonstrated courage. I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Together, we will confront the obstacles standing in your way, challenge the beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you, and build practical, effective solutions that create real and lasting transformation. You don't have to face life's challenges alone. Change is possible. Healing is possible. A better future is possible—and it begins with the decision you have already made today.

.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has the strength to overcome adversity and reclaim their life. My role is to help you uncover that strength, provide honest guidance, and equip you with the tools to move forward with confidence. I combine advanced clinical training with real-life experience to offer therapy that is compassionate, empowering, and rooted in common sense. I don't believe in simply talking about problems—I believe in solving them. Through empathy, accountability, and solution-focused strategies, I will help you break unhealthy patterns, heal from the past, and create the future you deserve.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, grief, or simply feeling stuck, my commitment is to walk beside you every step of the way. Healing takes courage, growth takes commitment, and lasting change takes action—but you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to make our first session a conversation, not an interrogation. This is your opportunity to tell your story, be heard without judgment, and begin creating a path toward the life you want. During our first session, I want to understand who you are—not just the problems that brought you here. You can expect me to be compassionate, honest, and direct. I'll ask meaningful questions, challenge unhealthy thinking when appropriate, and help you see strengths that you may not recognize in yourself.
