Great to meet you!

My clients are thoughtful and self-aware but feeling stuck —often navigating anxiety, neurodivergence such as ADHD, or deeply rooted self-limiting beliefs and patterns. Many come to me wanting to better understand themselves, improve daily functioning, or work through the lasting impact of growing up with emotionally immature parents. Often high-functioning on the outside, but feeling internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward in a way that actually feels aligned and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I integrate traditional talk therapy with deeper, evidence-based modalities—including mindfulness and somatic practices, EMDR, Parts Work, and ADHD coaching—offering a flexible approach where we can draw from what feels most supportive for you.

I seek to help my clients build awareness, self-acceptance and self-worth. Together we will draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to guide you towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

With 11 years in private practice, I’ve worked extensively with adults across the lifespan, especially those in their 20s and 30s navigating growth and transition. I offer a nonjudgmental, and accepting space where you can feel safe to explore, process, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
