Welcome! It takes courage and intention to begin to tend to what needs attention and care in our lives. I offer a supportive space for adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and challenges with self-esteem, people-pleasing, boundaries and communication in relationships. I also focus on helping people process the complex emotions and identity shifts of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. Through building insight, self-compassion, and practical strategies, our work together can help you to:

  • be more present and free to be your true self
  • discover what helps you feel your best
  • build fulfilling relationships
  • heal and grow from past wounds and let go of patterns that are no longer helpful
  • find more balance, confidence and joy.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, providing a safe, reflective space that supports your innate capacity to move towards growth, healing and transformation. I hold a socio-cultural frame, seeking to understand how cultural, systemic and historical contexts may be impacting your experience.

I draw from various types of therapy to create a personalized way of working that fits your particular needs, goals, and personality. This includes mindfulness, somatic approaches, narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work (Internal Family Systems), attachment work, and trauma-focused support. I also have training in Expressive Arts Therapy and can weave art, music, movement, dance, poetry, writing and drama to support your process if this interests you. No artistic skills needed!

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, I listen deeply, focus on your needs, hopes and goals, and support you in connecting the dots of your experience and developing new ways of seeing, being and responding. We'll work together to develop a plan that combines building self-awareness and understanding the roots of an issue, learning new strategies, tools and skills, and developing self-compassion, connection and confidence.

I look forward to connecting, hearing your story and walking with you in your journey!
