Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Rollins College. With over a decade of clinical experience, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care to individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful personal growth and lasting change.
My clinical experience spans both private practice and residential treatment settings, where I have provided therapeutic services to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depressive and mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, substance use and co-occurring disorders, relationship and family challenges, identity development, disordered eating, and significant life transitions. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with high-acuity populations, including crisis intervention, suicide and self-harm risk assessment, safety planning, and the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans within residential and higher levels of care.
