Great to meet you!

I consider it a privilege to support and guide you on your therapeutic journey. While starting therapy can feel intimidating, the process can also lead to profound personal growth and lasting change. I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can feel heard and empowered. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), I work with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance use issues.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together, we will set meaningful goals and identify practical steps to achieve them. My approach is solution-focused and draws from a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you build a greater capacity to enjoy life, navigate challenges with resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.

My approach to therapy

Our work is a team approach. We will set new goals together and find ways to achieve them. My focus is solution-oriented. I employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to achieve success in our work.

My goal is to help you build greater capacity to enjoy life and live well

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain practical tools and strategies for managing the challenges you face. We will work together to identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, and explore ways to replace those that no longer serve you. You can expect to leave each session with actionable steps to apply in your daily life, helping you move toward your goals with greater clarity and confidence.

But therapy with me also goes beyond just coping skills. I aim to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change that improves your overall quality of life.

Together, we’ll focus not just on solving immediate concerns but also on developing the inner resources and strength you need to thrive in the long term.
