Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, attachment work, and helping both neurodivergent and high-achieving individuals find balance in their mental health journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, complex trauma, or the stress of juggling multiple life roles, I offer a grounded, collaborative approach that blends evidence-based interventions with practical strategies.

My clinical style is warm, curious, and real. Therapy with me isn't about surface-level fixes; it's about digging deep into patterns, building insight, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and I also offer support to families navigating behavioral or emotional challenges.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, ADHD, and anxiety, particularly for high-functioning individuals who carry heavy emotional loads, overcommit, or struggle to feel “enough.” Many of my clients are navigating transitions, burnout, or unresolved childhood experiences that still echo in their current relationships. Together, we’ll work to unburden the past, regulate the nervous system, and build more stability, clarity, and choice in your day-to-day life.

I integrate several evidence-based modalities, including:

  • EMDR to process trauma and reduce emotional reactivity
  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) to explore and heal the parts of you that hold pain, protection, and purpose
  • Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) for attachment reorganization and relational healing
  • Executive functioning tools & psychoeducation to support ADHD and burnout recovery

What you can expect from me

I’m here to help you feel seen and supported, but also stretched, because growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones. My sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and always grounded in curiosity and compassion. We’ll build a space where you can speak freely, show up imperfectly, and explore parts of yourself that you’ve maybe ignored, avoided, or been afraid to face.

Clients often tell me they leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and equipped with both understanding and strategy. Whether we’re processing trauma with EMDR, identifying parts of you through IFS, or tackling executive functioning challenges, the goal is always to help you feel more in control of your life, emotionally, mentally, and practically.

Some outcomes you can expect include:

  • Greater self-awareness and emotional insight
  • More confidence in setting boundaries and saying no
  • Tools to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation
  • Healing from trauma and release of long-held internal burdens
  • Clarity on your patterns and how to shift them
  • A more compassionate, balanced relationship with yourself
