I am privileged to support clients through life transitions, grief, and emotional pain. It would be an honor to walk alongside you and to help you feel empowered through your current life stage. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, navigating cultural differences, and grief.
