Healing and helping comes in all shapes and sizes. This is how I approach my work with clients.

The last 23 years of my professional career has been spent working in a non-profit counseling practice and private school sector. This has allowed me to spend equal amounts of time with both children and adults dealing with mental health challenges in addition to grief, family, career and life changing events.

I work with children and adolescents with challenges such as autism, ADHD, ODD, processing disorders, social/communication disorders, anxiety and depression. My degree in expressive arts therapy has allowed me to utilize a creative outlet when working with children in addition to CBT and a strengths based approach.

I enjoy leading adults into a more fulfilling life through the use of modalities such as person-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness practice, and other options that may be of benefit to that specific client.
