Dr. Kristin Ross

I work with couples, families, and individuals from a client-centered approach. Creating change in your life can be difficult I believe that we are all capable of making the changes we want in our lives but we sometimes get stuck and need a little help. I believe that you are the expert of your life and that my role is to walk alongside you to help you navigate your journey to change.

I take a client-centered approach and help you connect with your authentic and emotional self to create change. I specialize in working with families, couples, and individuals that have a chronic or acute illness such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, kidney disease, heart failure, cancer, etc. I also specialize in working with those who serve others, veterans, first responders, doctors, nurses, medical staff, therapists/counselors, as well teachers.

I have a passion for working with those populations that serve others. I am EMDR trained and am passionate about helping caregivers process the trauma that goes along with their dedication to others.
