Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're taking this step to prioritize your mental health—it's the foundation of everything else in life.

As a mother of three young adults, experience as a psychologist, coach, and leader in both tech and education, I bring a wide range of lived experience to my work.

I work with individuals and families at all stages of life, helping them release outdated mindsets and adopt empowering new ones by uncovering the root causes, patterns, and obstacles that hold them back.

My approach to therapy

I integrate neuroscience, cognitive psychology, positive psychology & depth psychology, always focusing on creating meaningful connections to unlock new possibilities. I work with you to get at the root of the issue and, when applicable, offering interventions for immediate relief. I work with people facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, work-life balance, career development, grief/loss, loneliness, relationship issues, & parenting, major life changes & feelings of uncertainty

What you can expect from me

I create an atmosphere of warmth, openness, and non-judgement. Together, we collaborate on your goals. I am a very active participant in your therapy, meaning I ask questions, reflect back to you what I am understanding and share patterns of thoughts and behaviors that I observe so that together we can look at them and create a path forward. If you do not find a time that works for you for an initial consultation, please email me to schedule: [email protected].
