Great to meet you!

My name is Kristin Simone. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have a wide range of experience working in the field of mental health for the last 17 years. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to treat a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, interpersonal issues, and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe the relationship between the client and the therapist is most important to therapy. Therefore I strive to create a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental space where people feel comfortable and safe. Some people come to therapy to process trauma. Some people want to learn ways to cope with stressful work, school, or relationship issues. Whatever the challenge is, I am here for my clients, to meet them where they are at and help them figure out what they need.

What you can expect from our first session

Through the empathetic environment I work hard to create, clients will feel validated, supported, and empowered.
