Great to meet you!

I bring over 15 years of clinical experience supporting individuals in healing from complex trauma and creating meaningful, lasting change. I understand that trauma impacts not just thoughts, but the body, relationships, and sense of self—so my approach is compassionate, paced, and deeply attuned to your needs.

I integrate a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities to help you build safety, develop insight, and gently process past experiences without feeling overwhelmed. Our work together focuses not only on understanding your story, but on helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in your daily life.

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we move at your pace, prioritize your sense of control, and work toward real, sustainable progress—so you can begin to feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that centers on safety, trust, and connection. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel seen, supported, and in control of the process.

I draw from evidence-based practices to help you build coping skills, better understand your patterns, and process difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable. Our work is collaborative—I’m here to guide and support you, while honoring your strengths and helping you reconnect with a sense of stability and self. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—both to yourself and to others.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on creating a sense of safety and connection. We’ll gently explore what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, without any pressure to go into detail about difficult experiences.

I’ll meet you where you are, moving at your pace, and checking in along the way to make sure you feel comfortable. We may also begin introducing simple grounding or coping strategies so you leave the session feeling supported. The goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and a little more at ease about the process.
