A bit about my approach to therapy

While Kristin uses multiple approaches, she is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. This means that Kristin tends to focus on how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, as well as identifying potential solutions to issues individuals may be experiencing. Kristin's approach is always tailored to each client's individual needs and personality.
