Great to meet you!

I work as a therapist in private practice part-time and work full-time in schools providing support for students struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.

I specialize in working with teens, individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system, and also those who have experienced trauma or are working through grief and loss.

I have worked with hundreds of culturally diverse clients across the world through tele-health and sincerely helping clients reach their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Providing a safe space for clients to reflect on the past while working toward future goals is critical in the work I do. I take pride in building relationships by listening to each individual's story and empowering them to re-frame their narrative and work toward healing on their terms and timelines.

What you can expect from our first session

I utilize several approaches to therapy; however, what you take away will depend on the work that you choose to do both in our sessions and out of session. You can always expect a non-judgemental space and a listening ear. I am responsive to messages and encourage clients to reach out between sessions, if needed.
