My name is Kristin and I am a licensed therapist located in Brooksville, Florida. My practice is from the comfort of my own ranch where I provide in-person office sessions as well as telehealth sessions. My goal is to help you improve your overall quality of life by establishing goals together that are attainable thus reducing your stress.
Our initial session will involve reviewing the focus areas you are looking to improve on, talking about the level of anxiety or depression you may be experiencing, and working together to process your life experiences after establishing goals and how we can move forward.
I want my clients to get the most out of their therapy sessions. You can expect to leave every session with a sense of purpose and movement in the right direction. Coping skills to reduce your level of stress. And a safe space to vent and to unravel what you've been going through.
