Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Therapy should be a place where you don't have to censor yourself or worry about being judged. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, intimacy and sexual concerns, identity, self-esteem, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, affirming, sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel collaborative rather than clinical or intimidating. I especially enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns that are no longer serving them, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe people heal best when they feel safe enough to be honest even about the things that may feel uncomfortable, complicated, embarrassing, or difficult to say out loud. I use a trauma-informed, sex-positive and person-centered approach while incorporating CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing and solution-focused techniques based on each client's needs. Together, we'll explore patterns, relationships and experiences that may be affecting your emotional well-being while developing practical strategies for creating change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is warm, curious, straightforward and nonjudgmental. I have experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and communication difficulties, sexual concerns, intimacy, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ identity development and life transitions. I also welcome clients in diverse relationship structures, including consensually non-monogamous relationships. You won't need to educate me about or defend who you are, your relationships, or the topics you want to explore in therapy.
