Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly two decades of experience supporting adults and couples through meaningful change. My graduate training is in Integral Counseling Psychology. I tend to be especially attuned to highly sensitive people and the nuanced dynamics that arise in intimate relationships. In our work together, I create a space that feels thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely collaborative, where all parts of you are welcome. Clients often find that therapy with me is both insight-oriented and practical, helping them move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity. I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), depth, and transpersonal psychology, helping clients understand and build relationships with different parts of themselves while also attending to the larger emotional and relational patterns in their lives. I work at a pace that feels respectful and attuned, balancing insight with practical tools that support real change. I tend to focus on relationship dynamics, emotional sensitivity, and the deeper layers that shape how people experience themselves and others. Above all, I create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and able to explore honestly.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a thoughtful and spacious conversation where we begin getting to know you and what is bringing you in. You are welcome to share at your own pace, and there is no need to have everything figured out. I will ask some questions to understand your history, current concerns, and what you are hoping for, while also making room for what feels most important to you. Together, we will begin to clarify your goals and get a sense of how we might work in a way that feels supportive and aligned. The environment is grounded, respectful, and at ease so you can begin to settle into the process.
