Great to meet you!

Thank you for considering me to be your therapist! As a licensed psychologist, I have been working with clients for over 10 years. I have primarily worked with college students with a variety of concerns, including eating disorders, grief/loss, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I value a safe therapeutic space for clients, and I see our work as collaborative; you and I are working together to look for solutions to help you get where you want to be in life.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my work, but I also use interventions from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and exposure therapy. I strive to figure out what interventions will work best for each client, as everyone's experiences are different. My therapeutic interventions are tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an introductory session where you have the opportunity to share your story, help me better understand your concerns and history, and share your therapeutic goals with me. I strive to make sure the therapeutic space feels comfortable for you to be vulnerable. Our work will include a mix of targeted interventions and empathetic validation to help you reach your goals. I am here to champion you!
