Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with a background in private practice and schools. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in the treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD, and related conditions. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical — a space where you feel understood while also gaining concrete tools to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I work closely with clients and, when appropriate, families to help reduce avoidance, build resilience, and increase confidence in managing anxiety. I have extensive training using Cognitive Behavior (CBT) techniques and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels fuller and less controlled by fear.

What you can expect from me

In our first appointment, we’ll get to know each other and establish specific treatment goals to guide our work moving forward.
