Great to meet you!

I am an Air Force veteran, mother, partner, and lifelong wellness seeker. Healing from the pain of trauma and overcoming lifes many hurdles is very much a part of my story. It is my journey with counseling that helps lend to the passion that I have for helping others. I truly believe that we all have more power than we know. Helping people identify their barriers and rise is the best part of my work!

My approach to therapy

Utilizing an integrative approach, I will help you identify key areas of your life that need redirection and work with you to develop tools to achieve lasting success in your journey toward wellness. I believe that the therapeutic process should be highly collaborative. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is not only manageable but transformative. I am especially passionate about helping those who need help coping with trauma, PTSD, addiction, and postpartum wellness.

What you can expect from me

The goal of counseling is to heal. Some hurdles take longer than others, but the goal is always to grow to a place where counseling becomes less necessary. I like to "meet clients where they are". I challenge my clients to do the work that is necessary for the growth they seek while holding space for the barriers they face along their journey. The path to healing is not always linear, and I am intentional about moving at a pace that works for each individual I see.
