Kristina Aran, LMHC, is passionate about helping you become more aware of your emotions, needs, and helping you grow in self-acceptance and emotional intelligence. She works with adults, couples and families. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. She is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method.
