Great to meet you!

When anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges begin affecting your daily life, it can feel overwhelming trying to make sense of everything on your own. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, relationship issues, identity concerns, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or struggling to understand themselves and their experiences. Whether you're coping with stress, healing from painful experiences, navigating changes in important relationships, or trying to reconnect with yourself, therapy can provide a supportive space for growth and healing. My goal is to help you slow down, gain insight, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable and authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide a calm and supportive space where clients feel comfortable showing up authentically while exploring what is weighing on them. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative, balancing empathy with thoughtful reflection to support meaningful growth. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focused Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Couples Therapy, and strength based approaches to support lasting healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, identity issues, depression, OCD, panic symptoms, grief, PTSD, family challenges, chronic health conditions, and transgender related concerns. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater healing, self understanding, and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where therapy feels approachable and where you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, increased self awareness, stronger relationships, and greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety, or working through relationship difficulties, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped to move forward with clarity and hope.
