Great to meet you!

I practice from the belief that we are all doing the best that we can in the current moment. As we are relational beings we do not need to journey alone, reaching out to a counselor in time of need allows you to grow and heal while being accepted and supported. I provide an accepting and non-judgmental space that allows clients to feel safe to explore their sense of self and to find the strength within themselves to find peace and healing.

My approach to therapy

My career started in Social Work and felt drawn to the field of Counseling. I graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a Masters in Counseling in 2017. Most of my career was spend working at the Community Services Board in the field of mental health. I also come with experience working in the private sector of foster care. I come from a person centered and trauma informed approach in my work. I work primarily with adults however do accept adolescents.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that client's feel heard, seen and supported as they work on the various issues that bring them to therapy. I provide a non-judgmental space which allows for deep self reflection and healing.
