Great to meet you!

Welcome — I'm Glad You're Here.

I believe that you are the expert on your own story, and that you already have the strengths within you to navigate life’s challenges. My role is to help you reconnect with those strengths and support you in creating lasting, meaningful change.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Marshall University Graduate College, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people heal, grow, and thrive.

I’m also a Master Addiction Counselor (since 2005), a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR therapist.

My approach to therapy

I bring not only clinical expertise but also holistic, evidence-based practices to support your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.

What you can expect from me

Building community in a safe place to reveal ourselves is a goal of therapy. Taking this step to sign up for therapy is a courageous move, and you are well on your way. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey.

I offer virtual therapy sessions with evening availability, flexible daytime appointments on Fridays, and weekend sessions. Please feel free to reach out — we’ll discuss availability and explore whether this is the right fit for your needs.
