Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 9 years of experience providing trauma-informed mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns, utilizing evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, and Somatic Therapy. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes and reconnect with their strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices while recognizing that every person's experiences and strengths are different. Together, we work to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create lasting change in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. I integrate EMDR, attachment-focused work, somatic interventions, and other evidence-based therapies to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and build healthier patterns of coping and connection.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I focus on getting to know you, understanding your story, and identifying your goals for therapy. Together, we will explore the challenges bringing you to treatment and begin developing a plan that feels supportive and meaningful to your needs. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and hopeful about your healing journey.
