Great to meet you!

On the outside, your life looks like it works. You’re capable, responsible, and used to handling a lot—but internally, your mind doesn’t slow down. You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, and get stuck trying to feel certain before you move on. You might notice it showing up in your relationships, your work, in life as a parent, or even in the ways you cope—relying on things to take the edge off, even if you don’t feel great about it afterward. You’ve probably spent a lot of time trying to figure this out, but nothing so far has actually changed. At this point, it’s more than exhausting—it’s frustrating.

My approach to therapy

I help adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, OCD, & patterns of overthinking—like intrusive thoughts, checking, & reassurance-seeking—along with coping habits, like substance use. My approach is warm, direct, & focused on meaningful change. We look at what’s happening, but more importantly, at changing how you respond so you can finally stop going in circles.

Over time, this work helps you feel more in control of your choices. You won’t be constantly second-guessing yourself anymore, and you’ll finally have both the knowledge and the tools to move forward. This is where insight starts to turn into real change, and you begin showing up differently in your relationships, your work, and your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to therapy knowing something isn’t working but feeling stuck on how to create lasting change. In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, explore the challenges you’re facing, and discuss what you’ve already tried.

We’ll work together to identify your goals and begin developing a roadmap for treatment that feels practical and personalized to your needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct—I believe therapy should provide not only insight into why patterns exist, but also concrete strategies to help you move forward.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of your concerns, a sense of where our work is headed, and confidence that we have a plan for moving toward meaningful change.
