Great to meet you!

Are you exhausted from people-pleasing, overgiving, or feeling like you have to walk on eggshells to keep the peace in your relationships? I help adults who feel stuck in cycles of relationship anxiety, mistrust, or self-doubt reconnect with their self-worth and learn to set clear, confident boundaries—without the guilt.

My goal is to help you stop erasing your own needs just to keep others close. Whether you are recovering from past relational betrayals, struggling with attachment anxiety, or trying to break old patterns of overthinking, I provide a warm, empathetic, and grounded space where your voice and needs truly matter.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored directly to your unique needs. I blend evidence-based modalities so we can address both immediate relief and long-term healing:

  • EMDR & Attachment Therapy: To help process past betrayals or childhood wounds that keep you feeling stuck or reactive in your current relationships.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To help you reframe anxious thoughts, quiet panic, and build a life aligned with your true values.
  • Solution-Focused & Skill Building: To equip you with practical tools to set firm boundaries, handle conflict, and stay anchored in your worth.

We will move at your pace, focusing on actionable steps that lead to real, lasting relief and authentic connection.

What you can expect from me

Your first session (the initial intake) is a deep-dive, low-pressure conversation designed to help us build your personalized roadmap.

We will discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your history, and identify the key triggers or patterns currently causing you stress. Most importantly, we’ll clarify what healing and peace look like for you. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we begin establishing a clear plan to help you feel grounded, secure, and confident moving forward.
