Great to meet you!

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to be polished, strong, or have it all figured out. You get to be real — messy, uncertain, grieving, hopeful, and everything in between.

I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the room, offering a grounded and compassionate approach to healing. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Each session is tailored to your story, your patterns, and your goals — because your healing deserves that level of care.

Clients often describe me as warm, intuitive, and honest. I listen deeply, help you connect the dots, and gently challenge you when growth is calling. I show up fully — and I invite you to do the same.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions — especially when you feel stuck in relationships, self-worth, or direction. My work integrates mind-body awareness, somatic grounding, and insight-oriented exploration to help you feel more centered, confident, and aligned in your own life.

I know how hard it can be to ask for help — especially when you’re used to being the strong one. You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. If you’re ready, we’ll walk this path together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in real-life integration. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), nervous system regulation, and somatic awareness, while honoring your intuition and lived experience. Healing begins when we connect the past to the present, understand how your nervous system has adapted to protect you, and help you reclaim your voice, boundaries, and sense of choice.

You won’t find rigid clinical detachment here. I show up as a human first and a therapist second, creating a space where you feel seen and understood — not as a diagnosis, but as a whole person.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, complex trauma, burnout, or major life transitions, we move at your pace — with curiosity, compassion, and clear direction.

Growth isn’t always linear, but it is possible. Together, we’ll build insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools so you can feel grounded, empowered, and aligned in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to leave with greater clarity, emotional validation, and practical tools you can begin using right away. I don’t believe in therapy that stays on the surface. My goal is to help you understand your patterns, strengthen your inner foundation, and begin creating meaningful shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.

Whether you’re working on setting boundaries without guilt, calming anxiety, untangling trauma responses, or rebuilding self-trust, each session is tailored to what feels most important in the moment. You’ll be thoughtfully challenged, deeply supported, and reminded that growth is possible — even when life feels overwhelming.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with who you are beneath the pain, pressure, and survival mode — so you can move through life with greater balance, authenticity, and steadiness.
