Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience, I provide individualized therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I meet clients where they are—without judgment—and believe that trust is the foundation of effective therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to your specific needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as CBT, strength-based CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal therapy, exposure therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Whether you’re coping with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, communication issues, or emotional regulation challenges, we’ll work together at your pace to process, grow, and heal.

In addition to talk therapy, I often incorporate creative tools like therapeutic workbooks, handouts, crafts, and games—especially helpful when working with children and teens. Thinking outside the box allows us to find what works best for you.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I’ll walk beside you to help build insight, resilience, and lasting skills. Let's collaborate to help you move forward with hope and confidence.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to support you in achieving your therapeutic goals and enhancing your overall well-being. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and emotions freely. When you have accomplished your goals, you will have the tools needed to continue moving forward.
