Great to meet you!

Asking for help can feel unnatural and uncomfortable; I applaud you for doing the opposite of how you feel by reaching out. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental place for you to show up as you are to discover that change is possible. With an expertise in interpersonal trauma and adult mental health, I can help you navigate through difficult life experiences that effect your well-being, relationships, and ability to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy is to come beside you in your journey, collaborate, and find what works best for you in the change process.

What you can expect from me

From the start, the overarching goal is to help you get to the point where you no longer need counseling. To get there, goals are determined collaboratively, and practice assignments are used to help you continue the transformation process outside of sessions.
