Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right therapist is an important first step. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working toward meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 14 years of experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University and have worked in a variety of treatment settings, including outpatient and intensive levels of care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. Together, we'll identify your goals, build practical coping skills, and address the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and safe. Together, we'll identify your goals for therapy and explore the challenges you're facing. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of how we can work together and the next steps toward creating meaningful, lasting change.
