Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with older teens and young adults in their 20s as they navigate anxiety, anxiety-driven perfectionism, ADHD, and the many transitions that come with this stage of life. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by pressure to succeed, uncertainty about the future, or challenges in their relationships. Together, we work to better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck while building practical skills to manage emotions, improve self-confidence, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help clients develop a stronger sense of self and move through life's challenges with greater flexibility, authenticity, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, creating a space where clients feel both supported and challenged to grow. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as DBT, ACT, and attachment-focused work, I help clients better understand themselves, build effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create lives that feel more aligned with their values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and strengths so I can better understand the full picture of your experience. My goal is not only to learn about your struggles but also to understand who you are as a person. By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss what a collaborative path forward might look like.
