Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unfocused, or mentally exhausted, you’re not alone — and effective treatment can make a meaningful difference. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based medication management for adults, with a focus on improving clarity, stability, and daily functioning.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner treating ADHD, anxiety and panic symptoms, depression, sleep concerns, trauma/PTSD, and substance use conditions. My work includes managing complex presentations, including co-occurring mental health and substance-related challenges. I tailor treatment plans to each individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.

My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, emphasizing careful medication selection, close monitoring, and adjustments based on both clinical effectiveness and how you feel day to day. I strive to create a calm, respectful environment where clients feel heard and actively involved in their care. Professional affiliations include membership in the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP).

Appointments are structured, never rushed, and designed to support long-term mental wellness and real-world functioning.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is solution-oriented, open-minded, and patient-centered. I take time to understand how symptoms affect daily life, including work, school, relationships, and sleep, so treatment addresses the full picture rather than isolated symptoms.

Medication management is evidence-based and carefully tailored to individual needs, with close attention to benefits, side effects, and long-term sustainability. When appropriate, I also provide education and practical strategies to support focus, emotional regulation, and overall stability beyond medication alone.

Care is collaborative and thoughtfully paced, with treatment decisions guided by what works best for you and your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session focuses on understanding your concerns and creating a clear, thoughtful path forward. We will review current symptoms, relevant history, and what you are hoping to improve.

Treatment options are discussed collaboratively, including medication when clinically appropriate. There is no pressure to start medication unless it aligns with your goals and clinical needs.

Sessions are structured, supportive, and unhurried. You can expect to leave your first visit with clarity, next steps, and a personalized treatment plan designed to support your mental wellness and daily functioning.
