Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and move through life with more clarity and confidence. My style is warm, thoughtful, and direct, and I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in repeating cycles they don’t fully understand. In our work together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in compassion. I help clients explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships so they can better understand themselves and make meaningful changes. My work is informed by attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, and I focus on helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop healthier ways of coping. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs while creating a supportive space where clients can speak openly and feel understood.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of the process. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, current challenges, and the goals you’d like to work toward. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying areas to focus on and discuss how we can work together moving forward.
