Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience, and I primarily work with women navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions. I take a practical, down-to-earth approach and focus on helping clients understand patterns, build confidence, and make meaningful changes in their day-to-day lives. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, but always tailored to fit what each client actually needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, practical approach to therapy and focus on helping clients identify patterns, build insight, and make changes that feel realistic in their daily lives. I tend to be direct and goal-oriented, while still creating a supportive space where clients feel comfortable being honest. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, but tailor sessions to fit each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a relaxed, low-pressure environment where we focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing them in and what they want to work on. I’ll ask some structured questions, but there’s also space for clients to share in their own way and at their own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll start identifying goals and a general direction so it feels clear and purposeful moving forward.
