Great to meet you!

Life in our 20s and 30s is a series of intense transitions and can feel like you're trying to hit a moving target. You might be figuring out how to be a parent, managing romantic relationship dynamics, navigating a career shift, or finally tackling the exhausting task of setting boundaries with family. When you're facing this many decisions, anxiety and future-worry can completely take over. I specialize in helping adults in this age group untangle anxiety by connecting with their identity and choosing value-aligned actions.

My approach to therapy

I believe clients are the experts on themselves and their experiences and that I have expertise in gaining understanding, creating change, and building new perspectives. Between the two of us in the therapy space, we can work together to reach your individualized and self defined goals of overall wellbeing. Watch my Tedx Talk "Challenging the Stereotypes of Identity" to get a feel for how I work in the therapy space.

What you can expect from me

I highly respect your autonomy and your unique path, after all - it got you to where you are! My style is collaborative, grounded in deep compassion, and brought to life with a bit of humor. I am here to challenge you to lean into the uncomfortable spaces, because that is exactly where you discover what you are truly capable of.
