Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here.

The most important thing to know about me is that I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where therapy moves at your pace. I work collaboratively with adolescents and adults, using a trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approach to help clients feel grounded, understood, and more connected to themselves and others.

I value creativity, learning, music, and time in nature, and I believe deeply in the power of connection. My goal is to support you in exploring what’s been weighing on you while building insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced intentionally, with an emphasis on safety, curiosity, and respect for your boundaries.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling most challenging lately, and what you’re hoping might change. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to discuss.

We’ll also spend time discussing goals and what a supportive path forward could look like. Therapy is collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your boundaries.
