I specialize in an eclectic approach with a focus on person-centered therapy, CBT, and mindfulness.
Oftentimes, when people reach the point of seeking counseling, they are struggling with their daily functioning and daily stressors. Sometimes, people lose their sense of hope. My goal is to restore that sense of hope, and help individuals learn to better cope with and manage symptoms such as depression and anxiety.
