Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Kristina Huddleston, a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Nevada. With nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field, my goal is to make the therapeutic process as seamless as possible, allowing you to focus on achieving your goals. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, specializing in trauma/PTSD, grief and loss (including end-of-life care), AFAB needs (pre/post pregnancy, menopausal issues), LGBTQ and sex/kink-positive communities.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing occurs when we connect the mind, body, and psyche in a safe and supportive environment. My therapeutic style is directive yet compassionate, reminding you that you are enough as we work together to overcome obstacles to your envisioned future. I incorporate the latest research-supported trauma interventions that emphasize healing of the mind and body.

What you can expect from me

If you're feeling uncertain or anxious about starting therapy, I’m here to help! I offer a free consultation to address any questions you may have. As a direct and transparent therapist, I prioritize creating a safe, trusting, and respectful environment. You can come as you are, and together, we will find the path to your peace and happiness.
