Great to meet you!

Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, yet internally you feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore.

Somewhere between relationships, motherhood, work, caregiving, trauma, or simply trying to hold everything together, you may have lost touch with yourself along the way. You keep showing up for everyone else while quietly wondering when you'll feel like yourself again.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you understand what's contributing to your current struggles, reconnect with your strengths and values, and build practical tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Therapy with me isn't about fixing what's wrong with you—it's about understanding your story, identifying patterns that may no longer be serving you, and helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried under stress, survival mode, or responsibility.

My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strengths-based approaches while remaining flexible to your individual needs. Together, we'll focus on meaningful changes that feel authentic, sustainable, and aligned with the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation.

We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what feels stuck, and what you hope might feel different moving forward. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You can expect warmth, curiosity, practical support, and a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can build confidence, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and reconnect with yourself.
