Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and passionate psychotherapist with over 8 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I’m also trilingual offering therapy in English, Russian, and Ukrainian which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and offer culturally sensitive support.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the College of Staten Island, and since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and questions of personal growth. Therapy, to me, is not just about treating symptoms it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, heal, and build a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, trusting partnership. I’m here to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and walk alongside you as you explore what’s weighing on you and what you want for yourself.

My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative we’ll work together to find an approach that feels right for you.

I draw from different evidence-based methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques, always tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build on your strengths, and help you develop tools to cope, heal, and grow.

What you can expect from me

In our time together, you can expect a safe, respectful space where you can show up exactly as you are no judgment, no pressure. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, understood, and empowered.

You’ll gain practical tools to manage stress and emotional struggles, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your relationships. Most importantly, you’ll have someone in your corner someone genuinely committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
