Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. My clinical experience includes working with adults navigating mental health concerns, trauma, substance use, life transitions, relationships, and challenges with self-understanding and emotional regulation. I don’t believe therapy should feel like someone simply telling you what to do. We’ll work together to understand your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns while building practical tools that you can use in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and other evidence-based techniques based on your individual needs and goals. I aim to create a space where you can be honest, explore difficult things at your own pace, and feel supported without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re currently experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and the areas of your life you would like to better understand or change. We’ll begin identifying meaningful goals together and develop an approach that feels realistic and specific to you.
